​Richard J. McCollough, M.Ed. is a 35 year veteran of television and radio broadcasting. He has worked at NBC, ABC, CBS and PBS affiliates in Washington, DC, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, Spartanburg, SC and Rochester, NY.
Viewers from Los Angeles to Cincinnati to Washington, D.C. who've watched Richard forecasting weather will tell you that he's as warm and personable as they come and a first-rate meteorologist who gives them the information in a clear and informational way that they can use.
Richard knows the value of getting out into the community and he genuinely enjoys it. He generously gives of his time. He appears at numerous charitable fund-raisers including the Hearing Loss Association of America, Walk America, American Lung Association, The Jewish Community Center, Memorial Art Gallery, The Urban League and was a member of the board of directors for The Ronald McDonald House.
